Step 3: Once payment is complete, do not close the page! You will be able to schedule your appointment immediately after purchase.

Terms of Participation Waiver Summary

By signing below, I understand, acknowledge, and agree to the following:
  1. 24 hours notice is required to reschedule an appointment. 15 minutes late is considered a no show. No-showing will result in losing my session and I will not receive a full or partial refund for the session or for the program the session was included with if it was included as part of a group program. Please contact Kalyn Wolf regarding emergencies and special circumstances.
  2. There are no refunds or partial refunds on any programs purchased from Kalyn Wolf.
  3. There are no transfers from one group program to another group program.
  4. Kalyn Wolf will make a good faith effort to keep to the originally advertised and/or originally expected dates and times, and that if she decides to change dates and/or times, she will communicate any changes as far in advance as possible to the email address I used to register for the event, program or service.
  5. I understand and agree that if I join any online communities owned or managed by Kalyn Wolf that I will follow all of the guidelines posted inside of these communities, or else be removed, and I will not receive a full or partial refund for any programs or services upon removal.
  6. Kalyn Wolf is not claiming to have any special professional qualifications or designations of any kind and any information or ideas that she shares during our work together is only a personal opinion and will not be construed as professional advice.
  7. I waive certain legal rights that I or my heirs, next of kin, executors or administrators otherwise may have had.
  8. Services shared by Kalyn Wolf in any format or setting contains copyrighted material that may not be reproduced or shared in whole or in part in any way with any one.
  9. I hereby grant Kalyn Wolf the right to record my voice and/or image (photo or video) at any time during any of the programs I am enrolled in. I release Kalyn Wolf from all claims for libel, slander, invasion of privacy or any other claim related to the voice, image, and/or video recordings.
  10. I understand and agree that I am unable to cancel for any reason any future payments that are included in the payment plan I agreed to when I purchased the program or service.
